Experience History: Colonial America w/ Thomas Quirk In-Person
Historical interpreter Thomas Quirk will lead an interactive experience of stories, music, and artifacts, portraying life in the eighteenth century.
This presentation includes a discussion of what led to the American Revolution, a fife demonstration, and the opportunity to examine period clothing, housewares, writing implements, and weapons.
This program helps Longmeadow Celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution and is sponsored by the Friends of Storrs Library.
