More about Good Neighbor Day:
Last year, Governor Healey officially proclaimed September 28, 2024, as Massachusetts Good Neighbor Day, now set to become a cherished annual tradition. The goal of Good Neighbor Day is to foster connected, caring communities where no one feels invisible or left out in the neighborhood they call home. More than 30 organizations joined in the inaugural celebration, holding Good Neighbor Day events and highlighting the power of connection, kindness, and community. For the 2nd Annual Good Neighbor Day, the movement has expanded to include the whole weekend of September 26-28, 2025.
