Halloween Costume Swap Collection In-Person
Storrs Library will collecting Halloween Costume supplies from September 1st to October 2nd, for a costume swap on October 3rd and 4th.
Children and their families are invited to select “New-to-You” costumes and accessories. Families can select gently used children’s costumes and accessories on Friday October 3rd between 9 and 4:30 and Saturday October 4th between 9 and 3:30. The Children’s Costume swap is free and open to all who visit the library.
