Mindfulness Workshop with M.J. Schwartz In-Person
Did you know that practicing mindfulness has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety? It has also been shown to improve focus and attention-span. Join M.J. Schwartz for an introduction to the benefits of a mindfulness practice. During this 90 minute workshop, M.J. will teach you about the benefits of mindfulness practice, lead you through a guided mindfulness meditation, and offer suggestions on how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. There will be a Q & A session at the end for any questions you may have.
